Frequently asked questions

Quality & Process
Q: How long does installation take?
A: Most projects wrap up in 3 days. We work efficiently and keep you updated, so you’re never left wondering, “Are they coming back?”
Q: Will my floor be slippery?
A: Most floors are slippery when wet, but we offer slip-resistant finishes to keep you from skating across your garage like a Connor McDavid hopeful.
Q: How tough is this stuff, really?
A: Tough enough to handle heavy equipment, cars, tools, heavy foot traffic, and that one friend who drops everything. No cracks, no peeling—just solid, long-lasting floors. We will give you lots of recommendations about things you can do to keep it looking good over the years.
Q: What makes C2C different?
A: We don’t do stress. We don’t do surprises. We’re honest, we’re skilled, and we actually like talking to our customers. We are a local, NB-based company, here to help you out when you need it.
Q: What’s the difference between a store-bought epoxy kit and a professionally installed epoxy floor?
A: The difference is in the prep work, and that makes all the difference. Store-bought kits might seem like a tempting, easy DIY solution, but they often skip the most important step: proper concrete preparation. If the concrete is not mechanically prepped using diamond grinding, the epoxy may not bond properly, leading to peeling, bubbling, or premature failure. Here’s what we do differently:
Professional Concrete Grinding – We mechanically grind the surface to remove contamination, ensuring a strong bond.
High-Quality, Industrial-Grade Epoxy – Our materials are far superior to what is found in DIY kits, offering greater durability, UV resistance, and longevity.
Multiple Layers for Strength – We apply a multiple coats to create a seamless, long-lasting finish, unlike DIY kits that rely on a single thin layer.
The result is a floor that lasts for years instead of months, with no flaking, no peeling, and no costly do-overs.
